Kinnar Shah is a seasoned Chartered Accountant from India with over 20 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, and audit, with a specialization in the UK market. His in-depth knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRSs, and other global accounting standards has enabled him to deliver high-quality financial solutions across diverse industries.

Kinnar has collaborated extensively with Chartered Accountants and ICAEW/ACCA firms, contributing to complex assignments with precision and professionalism. He is an expert in establishing back-office support systems for bookkeeping, payroll, and management information, helping businesses streamline their operations.

Kinnar’s dedication to providing exceptional accounting and bookkeeping solutions makes him a valuable partner for small and mid-sized businesses, enabling them to achieve efficient financial management.

He has vast experience and knowledge in the field of statutory audits and related assurance in diversified sectors including manufacturing, service, real estate, construction, ports, logistics, hospitality and e -commerce. Rajesh Burman

Rajesh has more than 30 years expertise and province are in various fields like Accounting, Finance and Audits under various GAAP’s applicable to countries in multiple geographies such as US, Europe, Asia-Pacific, etc and having competence in Local GAAPs, Treasury function, finance, consolidations, Internal and external audits, group reporting.

He was head of Finance of GCX Limited (subsidiary of RCom) for 13 years and was responsible for consolidation, group reporting and overlooking 52 foreign subsidiaries globally. He has ERP proficiency in Oracle, SAP and other ERP platforms. Further he has worked on international engagements in M&A and compliances and has rich experience in NBFC and Financials Sectors.

He has worked in Fast moving sectors including Food, durable and consumables segments , Manufacturing , Information Technology, and Communication like Britannia Industries, SM Dyechem, Fisher Rosemount Group, Kaizen Group, IOL Broadband, Reliance Communication / Global Cloud Xchange and other listed entities abroad as CFO, Group Controller, Director and member of senior management team.

Ankit Jagani

Ankit holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and brings over 18 years of extensive experience in accounting leadership across diverse industries, including his tenure with Sawhney Services. As the General Manager at SSPL for the past 15 years, he has been instrumental in overseeing a broad range of operations, including payroll management, accounting, and audit support services. Ankit specializes in finalizing accounts, managing corporate tax affairs for individuals and companies, and ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services under his leadership. His expertise and leadership continue to drive the success of SSPL’s financial operations.

He has significant exposure of working in IFRS/USGAAP/Ind AS including implementation of IFRS/USGAAP/Ind AS.

Nikita Patel

Nikita Patel holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and brings over 9 years of dedicated experience at Sawhney Services. As the Payroll Manager, she specializes in managing end-to-end payroll services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing efficient payroll solutions for international clients including UK. In addition to her payroll expertise, Nikita also oversees accounting tasks and audit documentation, playing a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring seamless service delivery.

He has significant exposure of working in IFRS/USGAAP/Ind AS including implementation of IFRS/USGAAP/Ind AS.

Vishnu Prajapati

Manager – Compliances and Indirect taxation

Vishnu Prajapati, holding a Master’s degree in Commerce, brings over 10 years of experience at Sawhney Services. He specializes in managing compliance and indirect tax matters, with extensive expertise in preparing VAT/GST computations, filings, and ensuring timely regulatory compliances. His in-depth knowledge of corporate VAT (UK) and taxation laws enables him to effectively navigate and resolve compliance challenges. Vishnu plays a key role in the firm’s ability to meet its clients’ tax obligations and maintain regulatory adherence, while also providing high-quality documentation for accounts preparation, bookkeeping, and related services.

He has significant exposure of working in IFRS/USGAAP/Ind AS including implementation of IFRS/USGAAP/Ind AS.

Jignesh Jhanod

Manager, Accounting and Audit support services

With a Master’s in Commerce and 12 years of professional experience, including two years with SSPL, Jignesh has built a strong foundation in accounting and audit support.

Jignesh specializes in establishing efficient online bookkeeping services for clients, ensuring streamlined, accurate, and timely financial records. His expertise also extends to import and export documentation, particularly for Australia. In addition to his accounting and bookkeeping skills, Jignesh provides comprehensive audit services, assisting clients with audit preparation, documentation, and compliance.

He has significant exposure of working in IFRS/USGAAP/Ind AS including implementation of IFRS/USGAAP/Ind AS.

Opinder Sawhney

Opinder qualified as a member of ACCA in 1995 and has rich experience and expertise to provide audit, accounting, tax and business advice to owner managed businesses and professional firms. Opinder initially worked with a mid size firm in Central London, he then worked for an 11 partner firm in North London before joining KPMG. His experience includes conducting audit and assurance engagements across various sectors, including working with listed companies. He has also managed the consolidation of European audit matters for reporting purposes to group auditors based in the USA. Having gained years of experience in the practice, working for established firms, he decided to form his own practice.

He has significant exposure of working in IFRS/USGAAP/Ind AS including implementation of IFRS/USGAAP/Ind AS.

Abhishek Pachlangia

Abhishek Pachlangia is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a Commerce Graduate. He has worked in Big4 firm for 14 years where he was a Director in Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory. He has varied experience in industries which includes banks, Non-banking Financial Companies (NBFC’s), insurance, power, infrastructure and transportation sector. He has a mix of experience in audit, capital markets and accounting advisory of large listed and unlisted clients. Some of the significant clients handled by him include State Bank of India, Bank of India, Barclays Bank, Citi Bank, DBS Bank, Goldman Sachs, Centrum Capital, etc.

 He has varied experience in industries which includes Power, Chemicals, Steel, Cement, Infrastructure, Logistics, Hospitality, Retail and Real Estate.  He comes with the expertise of handling  INDAS convergence and US GAAP work.

Anushree Laddha

Anushree Laddha is a fellow member for ICAI. During her tenor of 19 years in practice, she has handled Audit and taxation work of many organisations including Shipping Corporation of India, Central Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, N M Medicals Pvt Ltd. She has been on the panel of SBI and conducted Statutory Audit of SBI Branches and rendered advisory services on Service Tax and compliance matters to various clients. She has also been associated with Swastika Investment Limited, a stock broking and Investment Company having pan India presence with over 50 offices, heading the Accounts and Finance Division and having in-depth knowledge of methods, procedures, accounting systems and audit of the Capital Market industry.

He has got vast experience in the field of IFRS, US GAAP and Ind AS convergence and advisory engagements. He has extensive experience in capital market transaction and has been involved with Capital issues, Carve-out of businesses, international bond listing etc.   

Rami Abdouni

Rami is a  Partner in the Firm  holding Public Accounting License with CPA Ontario. He has over eight years of accounting/audit experience, spending a majority of his time in Public Accounting firms where he worked closely with clients across several different industries and sizes, providing a wide range of accounting, taxation and assurance services. He specializes in working  with owner-managed businesses to develop strategies catered to assist them in achieving their financial goals.

Rami completed his professional qualifications and was designated as a CPA, CA in 2017.
He graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in 2011. Rami is also fluent in both English and Arabic

S Venkat CPA,CGMA (US&CA), is also member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost and Managements Accountants of India (ICMA), Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) .

He has worked in roles of as Director and Financial Advisor to a major Indian Global Airline. He brings with him vast experience in finance, accounting and audit. He is  a Partner in the Firm.

She has led various audit and assurance engagements as per IFRS, US GAAP, Indian GAAP and UK GAAP for many organizations including listed companies in various sectors.
